If you are a student, faculty, or staff member your JBU username and password are used for your ILLiad account. (Do not include the "@jbu.edu" part of your email address when logging in.) DO NOT attempt to reset or recover your password from ILLiad. Contact the Help Desk for assistance.
If you are a General Patron, your account uses ILLiad authentication. Passwords are encrypted and cannot be read by staff. If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password?" link on the ILLiad Logon page to reset your password. Please do not create a new account if you have trouble logging into your existing account. Contact the ILL librarian at ill@jbu.edu for assistance.
