If you are having problems logging in, check the following common problems:
- Make sure you are using an EZproxy link. Go through the library website for links to journal databases.
- Use your JBU username and password. Do not add @jbu.edu to your username.
- Clear your browser cache and saved passwords and manually enter your current username and password. Your browser may have an old password saved. (For step-by-step instructions on clearing your browser cache, see the Help Desk solutions for your browser. [Login required.])
- Try using a different internet browser, if possible.
- Sometimes there are problems with using library resources while you are also using a VPN. If you are logged into a VPN, try temporarily logging out of your VPN and try again.
