The conversations taking place within the publications, professional societies, conferences, and social media for your discipline can often be the best place to begin in identifying diverse voices to incorporate into your instruction. The University of Minnesota Libraries give some helpful suggestions on how to explore these conversations online.
Although most library databases are not searchable by the demographics of the authors, we do provide access to a number of global regional databases that feature publications from specific parts of the world outside the United States or that feature concerns of women and/or POC. You can find links to these databases under the Intercultural Studies subject heading in our A-Z database list.
Please let us know about bibliographies that you find in your field that we should add to this list!
